Summary

In Zhi Zhou City, a commotion arises as the county magistrate's favorite concubine and Miss Zi Shu go missing, prompting officials to search the city. Amidst the chaos, the protagonist and companions decide to investigate the situation. They witness a courtroom scene where citizens accuse constables of theft during searches for the missing women. The magistrate, Hu Ru Chang, promises to investigate but seems biased towards the constables.
