Summary

In a post-sandstorm morning, Zhou Jun soldiers celebrate the colorful dawn, and General Li Jing orders them to rest. Yang Xin arrives with General Wu Fa Ming, who reveals the situation in Yiw County, indicating it is under Shatuo control but still has an official office. Wu Fa Ming shares that Li Tai Shou of Dunhuang has been intercepting envoys and maintains independent rule despite nominally surrendering to the Tang Dynasty. Li Jing learns of Li Xun's secret army and his intentions to ally with the Western Turks. As Li Jing leads his troops toward Dunhuang, he encounters Li Xun, who tries to deceive him about the military presence. Realizing Wu Fa Ming has betrayed him, Li Jing orders Li Xun's capture for his potential treachery against the Tang Dynasty.
