Summary

Miao Yi discovers a giant clam that emits electricity and realizes it's a trap for demon cultivators. The clam, revealing a human-like face, pleads for help to remove the needles pinning it down. It turns out to be Shen Mi, a general under the Demon Lord, imprisoned for over 100,000 years by the White Lord. Despite its powerful status, Miao Yi is wary of releasing Shen Mi, recognizing the danger it poses. Shen Mi promises rewards for freedom, but Miao Yi remains skeptical, understanding the risks involved. He ultimately decides to search for treasure instead, dismissing Shen Mi's pleas.
