Summary

Yan Luo hesitates at Ye Ran's home, feeling uneasy before finally knocking on the door. Ye Mu, Ye Ran's mother, greets him and informs him that Ye Ran is still sick. Yan Luo visits her room, finding her in a pitiful state. He leaves a paper boat and an origami crane from Teacher Qin to encourage her. As he exits, he encounters a terrifying monster, prompting him to plot his escape. The creature, grotesque and massive, attacks with agile tentacles, forcing Yan Luo to dodge for his life. Just as he feels overwhelmed, a scorched tentacle indicates an unseen force intervening, leaving him astonished.
