Summary

In the Zhou Mountain Range, Ning Chen and the little girl Mingyue encounter a massive shadow and a strange bird, which Ning Chen attempts to attack but fails to fully injure. They then face a giant ape, which Ning Chen subdues but spares at Mingyue's request. The ape leads them to a beautiful waterfall, where Ning Chen explores a nearby stone house. Inside, he finds a piece of paper inscribed with a message from Ji Tai Shi, the first Imperial Teacher of Great Xia, revealing a connection to the past and the significance of Confucianism in their world. This discovery hints at the rich history and the challenges that lie ahead.
