Summary

He demonstrated his abilities by producing a sword and arrows from within himself, impressing Liu. Cai Wei Weng emphasized the importance of discipline in warfare and encouraged Liu to punish plunderers, which led to some improvement among the troops. However, rumors spread that he was using sorcery, causing resentment among the soldiers. Conspiring against him, Liu attempted to kill him, but Cai Wei Weng's head reattached after being severed, and he vanished, leaving the crowd in terror.
