In a world where the apocalypse collides with the campus, zombies roam freely, and survival becomes the name of the game, we find ourselves in a tale divided into six thrilling chapters: the Campus Chapter, the Twilight State Chapter, the Survivor Chapter, the Redemption Chapter, the Vaccine Chapter, and the Finale Chapter. The first three chapters lean towards a light-hearted narrative, while the latter three delve into darker themes (with a touch of blade action). Readers can choose their adventure; those wary of the darker elements can stop after the Survivor Chapter.
Our main characters in the first three chapters include the dashing Xiong Haochen (the male lead), the lovely Ning Yuqi (the female lead), the charming Zhang Hongjie (the second male lead), the spirited Luo Pengfei (the third male lead), and the delightful An Yanru (the third female lead).
In the latter three chapters, Xiong Haochen remains the male lead, joined by the new second male lead, Xiao Hongyan, and the fresh female lead, Xu Mengya.
In this setting, people are oblivious to the existence of zombies, having never seen any zombie movies or shows, leaving them clueless on how to respond. Initially, our hero won’t be mindlessly slashing zombies one by one, but he won’t be a naive saint either.
As the teacher conducts a lesson, zombies suddenly burst into the classroom, transforming nearly all the students into the undead. However, Xiong Haochen miraculously escapes this chaos. A typical 2D enthusiast, he has always been handsome yet isolated and disliked by his peers. Yet, in this world turned upside down, he rises to become the shining hero of the apocalypse, embarking on his path of survival.
