Summary

In the prologue, a young girl stands alone in a rainy cemetery, unable to find her father's burial site. The cemetery administrator tries to help her but she mysteriously vanishes. Later, Gao Wei Xiong returns home drunk and experiences strange supernatural occurrences. He finds his wife Nie Hong in the kitchen late at night, acting unusually cold and detached. When he confronts her about cooking at such a late hour, she cryptically suggests she's preparing something he cannot see, hinting at using him as an "ingredient" with a supernatural smile.
