Summary

Li Yan Qing seeks assistance from Grand Marshal Gao Qiu regarding two issues: the promotion of Deputy General Han Shi Zhong, which is being stalled due to political rivalry, and the need to increase the garrison in Jingzhao Prefecture for border security.
