Summary

Du Jing Rou discovers that Bai Wan Qing is with the dark grave diggers and contacts Zhang Yang, who suspects Wu Ming may be controlling her. Wu Ming aims to extract and annihilate Bai Wan Qing's soul using a device at the research institute. As Zhang Yang and police storm the facility, he confronts Wu Ming, who reveals he has already destroyed Bai Wan Qing's soul. In a fit of rage, Zhang Yang attacks Wu Ming, but is eventually subdued by Zhou Jing Wen. Later, Zhang Yang wakes up in a hospital, tied to a bed, and learns from Du Jing Rou that Bai Wan Qing's soul is still intact. Mu Wan Yu offers to help them both, promising to take them back to her family for assistance.
