Summary

In the story, Wang Qin Wen, also known as Bunta Shiraishi, is a stableman who initially ventured to Mount Lao to study the Dao. He abandoned cooked food, living on pine nuts and stones, which eventually altered his physical form. After years, he returned home to care for his aging mother but resumed his previous diet after her passing. Remarkably, he could taste the flavors of the stones under sunlight, perceiving them as diverse like taro. Following his mother's death, he returned to the mountains and has lived there for an additional seventeen or eighteen years.
