Summary

Fu Xia moves in next to Li Lao Tou, bringing only a bag and blanket, as her husband sold their house. Li Lao Tou provides her with household money, trusting her to manage it. The two engage in light-hearted banter, while Li He, their mutual acquaintance, feels confused. Fu Xia begins weeding the land for planting vegetables, while Li He dreams of flowers.
