Summary

The "Fan Cheng," an imperial exploration ship, is on a journey to Planet One (Alma), captained by A Duo Wei Er, a royal dwarf. The crew, primarily dwarves with humans as apprentices, possess a unique spiritual inheritance that allows them to learn about piloting from their ancestors. Today marks the Na Tu Er Ren's return to cosmic exploration after a long absence due to a great disaster. Excitement fills the ship, but discipline is enforced when a dwarf officer's joyful outburst leads to a reprimand. Yue Chen, the ship's commander, feels a sense of dread about Alma and prioritizes scanning the planet over creating a star map. A Duo Wei Er, now the captain, seeks to embody her royal role while grappling with her own fears about their mission.
