Summary

Chen Zhong Xu, favored son of Chen Wu Nuo, expresses jealousy over his brother Chen Zhong Su's training under An Zheng. Despite his noble status and military achievements, he seeks An Zheng's guidance to stabilize the chaotic Great Xi. An Zheng, skeptical of Chen Zhong Xu's true intentions, questions his desire for power. Chen Zhong Xu insists his ambition lies in being remembered as a stabilizing force for the country, not in ruling. An Zheng, feeling disillusioned by the current state of affairs, declines to assist. Later, Chen Zhong Su, the less favored prince, unexpectedly kneels before An Zheng, showing deep respect and revealing his own struggles within the royal family.
