Summary

In a confrontation involving Lan Shao and his bodyguards, a fight breaks out when a bodyguard is struck by a powerful punch meant for Lan Shao, resulting in chaos. Brother Luo arrives, commanding respect from the attackers and instructing them to beat Lan Shao and his men for half an hour. Meanwhile, Luo Teng Fei, a member of the Underworld, receives tasks from Liu Feng, including monitoring certain individuals and eliminating the Sun Family. Luo Teng Fei then leads a team to the Red People Paradise nightclub, a front for the Sun Family, where he disrupts operations, causing panic among patrons and confronting Geng Qiang, the Hall Master.
