Summary

In the Qiu residence, the usual arrogance of the servants is shattered when six officers arrive, demanding to see Qiu Zi Heng. The officers, armed and dangerous, quickly intimidate the servant. Qiu Zi Heng, unperturbed, questions the legality of their actions but is swiftly knocked unconscious by the leading constable. He is then imprisoned in a dungeon, where Chun Qiong visits him. Chun Qiong informs Qiu Zi Heng that he will be detained for 1 to 3 months and that his letter for help will not reach his second uncle. Qiu Zi Heng, initially panicked, tries to assert his connections, but Chun Qiong reveals he has thoroughly investigated Qiu Zi Heng's lack of real allies, implying his downfall is imminent.
