Summary
Before the Ming Dynasty, ancient towers were often targeted by tomb raiders due to the valuable treasures they contained. Most treasures are found at the top or base of these towers, with notable discoveries made at the Fa Men Temple, including tortoiseshell coins and rare secret-colored porcelain. The narrator and Dou Ya explore a tomb raider's hole near the Lan Zhou Bo Wu Guan, fearing the return of the raiders. After crawling through the hole, they find it collapsed and return covered in dirt. Later, they learn that Shang Guan Min, a local figure, was attacked by a group seeking business, prompting concern for his safety.
