Summary

Xing Jue and Uncle Pan arrive at a seemingly deserted village near a port, where they seek a boat to reach Tian Chi Island. Upon approaching, they are attacked by arrows from within the village, prompting Xing Jue to retaliate by breaking down the iron gate. The villagers, terrified, plead for help, revealing that many have gone missing and returned with violent behavior. They suspect an evil force conducting experiments on the villagers. Despite initial reluctance, Xing Jue vows to assist them, believing it is his duty to protect the innocent.
