Summary

After Xin Wu arrives at the police station, he identifies the corpse of his classmate, Hua Shao, who was the recently married wife of the Gang family head. The police, initially unaware of her significance, realize the gravity of the situation. Xin Wu, known as the Gourmet Detective, reluctantly agrees to assist in the investigation. He reviews the information provided by the police and leaves to begin his own inquiry. Back at the hotel, he contemplates his cooking skills and the quality of ingredients available. Using a magical spatula, he travels back in time to the moment before Hua Shao's death, witnessing her panic as she is chased, ultimately leading to her demise.
