Summary

The underground prison in the food city is designed to contain powerful cultivators like Chen Wei, but it poses significant challenges for escape due to its narrow spaces and guards. Despite the dangers, Chen Wei uses his all-forging technique to create a tunnel and escape. Outside, he discovers a ghost town atmosphere, stemming from fear among the populace, linked to a crackdown on refugees. In a square, he witnesses a sinister event involving a middle-aged scholar and a woman named Lady Bai Hua, who appears to be behind the city's plight. Chen Wei realizes he must act to reclaim mysterious fire fragments and save the commoners.
