Summary

Jia Huan and Han Xiu Cai meet to discuss the political turmoil and recent floods affecting their town. As they converse, chaos erupts outside due to the floodwaters rising rapidly. They witness the panic of townspeople trying to escape, and despite their efforts to reach safety, many perish.
