Summary

Wen Jing Hui is anxious as he recalls a previous plan against Yan Wang, suspecting a fake surrender. Wu Da comforts him and prepares to follow Yan Wang into Jinan City, where a trap awaits. As they approach the gates, Wu Da warns Yan Wang just in time, causing a large iron plate to fall, injuring Yan Wang's horse. Wu Da sacrifices his horse to save Yan Wang and uses grenades to cover their escape. Despite the chaos, Wu Da returns safely, much to Wen Jing Hui's relief. Their bond is evident, but Wen Jing Hui worries about public perception. Yan Wang, grateful for Wu Da's bravery, contemplates the support of the common people in their campaign.
