Summary

Stepping out of the classroom, Yue Chen encounters Zhai Ming Zhe, who expresses concern over the Public Security Bureau's inquiry about him. Yue Chen asks for a leave and rushes out, meeting Cai Tie Jun, who learns that Yue Chen has joined the Nineteenth Bureau. After leaving campus, Yue Chen heads to Kaneyama, bypassing the ticket booth to explore a challenging path up the mountain. He meets Huo Shan, a rebellious youth from the Nineteenth Bureau, who questions Yue Chen about his combat power level. Huo Shan reveals his own impressive ranking and they discuss their respective abilities.
