Summary

The Immortal Palace ruins are in a precarious state, previously a battleground for the Buddhist and Taoist sects, leading to the destruction of several small nations. Ironically, these factions have formed a truce to exploit the ruins for profit, alternating control weekly and charging hefty entrance fees. A group led by An Zheng aims to access the core area for treasures, despite the presence of powerful guards. As they split into teams to explore, An Zheng devises a plan to sneak in and gather information. Meanwhile, a military leader discusses strategies to use the ruins for training and profit, planning to lure cultivators into a dangerous area under the guise of opportunity.
