Summary

Mo Wuji, despite having a pill furnace, struggles to refine divine pills due to a lack of understanding of materials and pill prescriptions. After two months of cultivation, he reaches the second level of nurturing the divine but cannot break through. Upon emerging, he feels a stronger resonance with the heavenly Dao and breaks through to the third level. He later responds to a distress signal from Wei Ru, a disciple of the Tianfan Sect, who is gravely injured. Mo Wuji learns that the Tianfan Sect has been destroyed, and his mentor, Pang Jie, was killed by three divine kings. Enraged, Mo Wuji vows to remember his roots and urges Wei Ru to cultivate diligently, emphasizing the importance of their sect's legacy.
