Summary

In the early morning, four figures—Le Liao, Hong Xiao Xiao, Chen Ying, and Tiangou—wait in a snow-covered wasteland near the Haichuan Group's underground base, which has been abandoned following a bombing. Gao Yang, their leader, prepares to investigate the empty base, using his companions' abilities for stealth and perception. Upon entering, he finds signs of a hasty departure, including burnt documents. In the morgue, he discovers a body bag containing a pale maiden, reminiscent of someone he knows, stirring memories of their past interactions.
