Summary

Uchiha Fei Yu, a shadow-level ninja, uses chakra detection to identify unfamiliar strong chakras in the Land of Wind, discovering Jiraiya and his two disciples. While Jiraiya is impressed by the transformed landscape and wealth of the Land of Wind, he begins to reconsider his views on Uchiha Fei Yu.
