Summary

Shang Cai remains unaware of the turmoil outside as the Academy Island residents, including Wei Xu and Fu Ya, search for the Inhibitor Device. To create an Inhibition Field, multiple devices are needed, ideally positioned along the coastline. Wei Xu, sensing danger, prepares his small team for an attack from the Demon River organization. They encounter a mech, a low-level technological weapon, which poses a significant threat. Despite their superior martial skills, the team must act quickly to evade the mech's fire. The chapter concludes with tension as one member fails to dodge in time.
