Summary

On a highway, two taxis head toward the Miao Family Manor. Driver Pang Si Ji informs passengers Tang Xiu and Xue Yu that he can only drop them at a crossroads due to restricted access. Tang Xiu insists on going to the gate, claiming to be a friend of Miao Wen Tang. After some hesitation, the driver agrees, especially when Mo A Wu threatens him. Upon arrival, Miao Wen Tang greets them warmly, revealing the Miao Family's high regard for Tang Xiu. The driver, initially scared, is reassured by Tang Xiu. Inside the manor, Tang Xiu is introduced to the Miao family members, and they prepare to discuss the reason for his visit.
