Summary

In ancient times, body cultivation was revered, but it has since declined. The Old Ancestor of the White Ape explains the significance of the blood sea in body refinement, emphasizing that true mastery involves the operation of qi and blood. Shi Mu, who has practiced body refinement techniques, realizes his previous misconceptions and feels enlightened. The Old Ancestor reveals the difficulty of opening the blood sea and highlights that only a few have achieved this feat. He gifts Shi Mu an ancient body refinement text and two jade boxes containing a clan chief token and a key item for the Nine Turns Mysterious Art. As the Old Ancestor dissipates, Shi Mu feels a deep sense of loss but gains confidence in his path. Upon exiting the Mystic Realm, he surprises his companions with his advancement to the Divine Realm, eliciting excitement and admiration from them.
