Chapter 90: The Solitude and Anticipation Outside My Window. [89]
Summary
The editor Yamada Chris reflects on the aftermath of the popular novel "Your Lie in April" written by the young author Oikawa Toru. Despite the sadness of the story, the novel has received widespread acclaim, and discussions are underway to adapt it into an anime. Yamada Chris believes that while Oikawa has exceptional talent, he will likely need more time to produce another work that can rival "Your Lie in April". In the meantime, Oikawa has fallen asleep in class, except for Hiratsuka Shizuka's. His classmate Yukinoshita asks him about the school sports festival event he plans to participate in, and Oikawa pretends to have a cold to avoid the discussion, though Yukinoshita offers him cold medicine. Oikawa seems reluctant to engage with his classmates and the upcoming school event.Full content
