Chapter 90: "Ghosts See Trouble Breaking the Grain Route, Troops from Three Towns Stirring Winds and Clouds". [92]
Summary
Sanmiao, Elder of the Youqiong Clan, proposed a supply line to Hong Shan, which was accepted by the Ghost Sect's leader. The leaders of the four major tribes agreed to implement the plan immediately to boost army morale against the Nakahara court. Sanmiao combined troops from his clan and Hong Shan to establish a supply route through Youqiong territory. However, the Xia Hou Sect discovered their movements, prompting their leader to monitor the situation closely. The Youqiong Clan's Elder feared an attack on their main camp but soon realized the enemy aimed to connect with Hong Shan. Understanding the implications of a successful supply line, the Nakahara court's Military Commissioner hesitated on how to respond. Xia Hou's leader suggested sending the Youqiong Clan's Elder back to disrupt the enemy's supply line, which the Military Commissioner approved. The Elder prepared their troops and established a camp to coordinate efforts with local clans against the enemy. The Youqiong Clan's leader quickly joined the Elder to strategize, focusing on utilizing geographical advantages to prevent the enemy from securing supplies. They planned a detailed ambush strategy to disrupt the enemy's route effectively.Full content
