Chapter 9: Little Trials Are Not Dangerous. [9]

Summary

In a lakeside scene, Li Zi Ye, a young master of the Li Family, faces criticism from his elder brother, Li Qing Zhi, for his lack of responsibility. Despite his playful demeanor, he is urged to take on more duties as the legitimate heir. Meanwhile, he interacts with the Third Prince, Mu Yao, discussing family matters and upcoming trips to the capital. As Li Zi Ye trains rigorously, he is unaware of the dangers ahead, particularly a suggestion from Qin E Na to face real combat against bandits. Over seven days of intense training, he improves significantly, yet his bond with his elder sister, Li You Wei, remains unacknowledged as she departs for the capital.
