Summary

Pang Jun lunged to protect Bai Tu but was caught in the cleansing force of a beast, unexpectedly breaking through to level 7 in healing. As he prepared for death, he found himself on a riverbank, realizing he had lost his legs. Bai Tu, who had tried to save him, lay dying nearby, her body severed below the chest. Despite Pang Jun's desperate attempts to reach her, he was immobilized by the cleansing power. Bai Tu, reflecting on her feelings for Pang Jun, regretted her sacrifice and wished to live to see him again. As she succumbed, she told him to be quiet, her life fading away while the waves washed over her. Meanwhile, Kirin, controlling the Blue Dragon puppet, shifted focus to protect Wang Zi Kai from an approaching threat, ultimately stabbing him with a golden sword.
