Summary

Brooklyn, a high-crime area in New York, is led by Jimmy, a notorious gang leader with a violent past. After a series of ruthless eliminations of rival gang leaders, he undertakes a dangerous mission to eliminate a Chinese financier. The operation goes awry when a bodyguard intervenes, leading to chaos and violence. Jimmy's attempt to use a grenade backfires, causing significant destruction and injury to his gang. He encounters Ruan Yu, the financier, and under duress, reveals that the CIA is behind the hit. Ruan Yu, realizing the implications, decides to let him go but warns him against returning.
