Summary

Zhou Zhen enters an empty hospital ward, activating a force field device to scan for threats. He discovers that all the beds are vacant, raising suspicions about the whereabouts of his colleague Jin Qing Feng and a nurse named Hu Bing. As he investigates, he receives a phone call from a colleague, confirming that something has happened to Jin. Meanwhile, Jin Qing Feng, in a different room, is dealing with confused patients and trying to understand a police report related to their situation. Both Zhou Zhen and Jin Qing Feng realize they are facing a potential crisis involving a "digital virus." Zhou Zhen contacts the Ghost Team for assistance while searching the ward, and he encounters a mysterious nurse who claims to have seen Hu Bing sleeping at the front desk. Zhou Zhen, suspicious, follows her but discovers Hu Bing is indeed asleep, raising further questions about who led them to Room 16. He then encounters an old man who appears to be attacking a patient, revealing a gruesome scene. Zhou Zhen tries to confront the old man, but his bullets have no effect. Using a digital barrier, he pushes the old man back, but as he prepares for another attack, he senses danger from behind, prompting a scream from Qi Ling.
