Summary

In a snowy landscape, Jian Chang Sheng asserts his claim to the Tong Tian star position, warning Jiang Xiao Hua to stay away. Meanwhile, Chen Ling struggles with forgetfulness and is attacked by an emperor's remnant. As chaos ensues, Jiang Xiao Hua intervenes to save Chen Ling but is fatally wounded. Chen Ling, overwhelmed by memories of his past and the need to survive, contemplates his next move. He realizes he must die to fulfill the conditions of his survival in the Path of Soldiers, leading him to point a gun at his own temple, questioning why his performance hasn't ended yet.
