Summary

In the Taixue courtyard, Su Bai tirelessly practices swordplay under the watchful eye of Xi Yun, despite his exhaustion. Meanwhile, the Imperial Guards patrol Luoyang city, reminiscent of past turmoil. Jiu Shi and others reflect on the return of the Young Master, hinting at unresolved grievances. The Taixue, protected by the formidable Taixue Jijiang, remains unaffected by the chaos outside. A mysterious encounter occurs when Ge Li, the Saintess of the Shaman Clan, intrudes, wielding the Soul Capturing Bell, surprising the Jijiang. As she escapes, Su Bai senses her presence, intrigued by her skills. The night deepens, and Ge Li encounters Imperial Guards, raising suspicion about her motives.
