Summary

Garuda City, located between Ba Luo Country and Ya Cang Guo, nominally belongs to the latter but operates independently. Flame Dance, an enigmatic figure, has recently gone missing, causing unrest in Ya Cang Guo. An Zheng and Qu Liu Xi travel to Ya Ke Bu Cheng, where they encounter a suspicious auction house. Despite initial hostility, they are welcomed due to An Zheng's perceived power. Inside, they discover a gambling stone venue with peculiar rules. An Zheng impresses everyone by accurately identifying a valuable Spirit Stone belonging to a local, Da Ha Bi, leading to a tense exchange about business and status.
