Summary

In the Qing Dao Men, a rule established by its ancestor mandates that members must pass tests of perseverance, character, strength, and self-reflection to advance in rank. Yang Ye faces the Climb to the Clouds, where he impressively completes the first two trials, breaking records. During the trial of heart, he confronts a million cavalry but dispels the illusion with a powerful shout. In the strength trial, he battles a version of himself, emerging victorious in under ten minutes. The final trial presents a personal dilemma, asking him to choose one among several women to accompany him for life, testing his emotional resolve.
