Chapter 87: The Poor Monk Has Three Disciples and a Horse. [87]

Summary

The Descending Mortal Pill, crafted by Saint Zhun Ti, permanently condemns its user to a mortal state without an antidote. The Great Capacity Bodhisattva retrieves the 4 Lishan Mothers to the Mystical Mountain, but doubts arise about Buddha's integrity. The Bodhi Old Ancestor demands antidotes from Tang San, who humorously produces them in exchange for spiritual treasures. The scene shifts to Tang San's journey to the Wuzhuang Taoist Temple, where he is welcomed by two young Dojis. They present him with rare Ginseng Fruits as a token of hospitality, but Tang San, undeterred, requests more, leading to a humorous negotiation over the fruits' value.
