Summary

In He Ping Village, located on the eastern border of the He Ping Empire, villagers primarily rely on fishing in the nearby Boundary River. Xing Jue, a determined teenager, seeks Uncle Pan for guidance in his martial training. Upon finding Uncle Pan, a seemingly ordinary elder, a group of intimidating thugs interrupts, demanding Uncle Pan's assistance for an injured member. Despite the villagers' fear, they rally to protect Uncle Pan, leading to a confrontation.
