Summary

Shan Jue, filled with resentment, confronts Yue Chen after the villagers leave. As he attempts to attack, he finds himself immobilized. Yue Chen reveals his plan to eliminate Shan Jue's tribe, summoning Dao soldiers who swiftly massacre the wild men. Shan Jue witnesses the destruction of his family and, in despair, realizes the cruelty of his own tribe. Yue Chen, viewing the situation with calm detachment, ultimately kills Shan Jue and reflects on the nature of death and transcendence. Later, Yue Chen returns to a temporary camp where he informs Gan Yu that Shan Jue's tribe no longer exists. He instructs the retrieval of unconscious female slaves from the cave. As he prepares to investigate further, he sends out a majestic eagle to scout the area, noting peculiar energy fluctuations in the dwarven underground cave. To Be Continued…
