Summary

In Jing Guo, merchants from Qi Guo face a double tax rate, yet they are grateful to a young man from Jing Guo for easing their burdens. Lin Wan Ru and Lin Yong, accompanied by Li Yi, explore Kyoto's vibrant commercial scene, discovering shops with unique items. Li Yi insists on gifting Lin Wan Ru lingerie from his family's shop, surprising her with the generosity. As they continue shopping, Lin Wan Ru realizes that many establishments in Kyoto operate under a similar no-formality policy, allowing her to shop freely. They eventually decide to rest at a theater, where Lin Wan Ru is reminded of Li Yi's family's influence in the city.
