For five hundred years, I have been bound in this forbidden land, and yet here you are, dear Independent Cultivator, shedding tears for what reason?
Chapter 85: A Fractured Formation, Betrayal Among Fellow Disciples? [84]
Summary
In this chapter, two disciples from the Qing Xuan Sacred Land criticize the formation set up by Wan Bao Lou, deeming it outdated and ineffective. They express disbelief that such a formation, which hasn't been updated in five hundred years, could be of any real use against skilled cultivators. One disciple confidently enters the formation to demonstrate its flaws but soon finds himself trapped as the formation unexpectedly tightens around him. Panic ensues as he realizes the formation has been enhanced beyond his expectations. His fellow disciples attempt to help him from the outside, but their efforts lead to chaos. As the trapped disciple struggles, another Qing Xuan disciple engages in a fierce battle with red-haired Rakshasas, but the onlookers from Wan Bao Lou mistakenly believe he is attacking his own comrades instead of breaking the formation. The situation escalates, leaving everyone in shock and confusion.Full content
