Chapter 848: Princess Uniri. [860]

Summary

During the Tang Dynasty, Suiye was a significant town, later becoming part of the Eastern Chagatai Khanate and the Oirat territory. The Tujue people, a prominent nomadic tribe, occupied the fertile Suiye Valley, supporting a large population and a strong military. The narrative follows Wu Ni Ri, a beautiful and wise princess, as she navigates political intrigue with Khan Feng De, who desires her but is also swayed by her counsel. Wu Ni Ri cleverly persuades the Tujue nobles about the importance of Han slaves in their agriculture, leading to a decision to ally with Ba Ye Gu Xiao De against the Zhou army. The chapter concludes with preparations for battle against the Zhou forces.
