Summary

The young master Zheng Jing, infatuated with Lin Xinghe, attempts to clear the area for her but faces opposition from Du Yu, her husband. As young scholars surround them, discussing the prestigious Monthly Reviews event hosted by Xu Shao, tensions rise. Du Yu confronts Zheng Jing's group for their disrespect towards Lin Xinghe.
