Summary

Wen Ying Ji questions the possibility of escaping the mundane world while Yu Du Xiu expresses his belief that stronger cultivation will allow him to overlook it. Wen Ying Ji is concerned about her family if she follows him into the Dao. Suddenly, they face danger from Gong Yang Yu, but are saved by Chong Xu, an elder of the Tai Ping Dao. Chong Xu praises Yu Du Xiu for his abilities and reassures him about the sect's support. He explains that the sect values its disciples and monitors their safety during dangerous tasks. Yu Du Xiu learns that his unique abilities are seen as "wild path abilities" by the sect, but Chong Xu emphasizes that as long as he remains with the Tai Ping Sect, he is a valued disciple.
