Chapter 836: The Gradually Absurd Jia Yu!. [836]
Summary
Jia Yu, the young master of the Immortal Realm, was determined to destroy Luoyang. He believed he had the power to decide the fate of mortals and was eager to witness the city's destruction. However, the citizens of Luoyang refused to blame Du Yu for their impending doom, instead cursing Jia Yu as a demon leader. Jia Yu's plan backfired, and his anger grew. Du Yu then recited a line of poetry, "If heaven had feelings, it too would grow old," which caught Jia Yu off guard and left the women present in awe. The poem's grandeur and depth seemed to surpass even the heavens. Jia Yu mocked Du Yu, but his expression turned cold when he suddenly felt a chill and lost a hair. To his horror, the hair was snow-white, and his hands began to age and wither. His once elegant and youthful appearance transformed into that of a balding, short, fat, and ugly middle-aged man. The women couldn't help but laugh at Jia Yu's misfortune. Du Yu's poem had seemingly stolen Jia Yu's youth, leaving him with nothing but the harsh reality of life.Full content
