Summary

Liu Bei, with only three people, including Qian Zhao and Tian Yu, was ambushed by Sima Yi's Wei army. Liu Bei pretended to be trapped, saying that Zhuge Liang had set an ambush, causing Sima Yi to hesitate. Meanwhile, Liu Bei and his friends escaped to a ferry, where they met a boatman who turned out to be Ma Chao in disguise. Ma Chao fought off the Wei army, including Hu Zun, with his twin oars. Sima Yi ordered his soldiers to crush Ma Chao with numbers, but Ma Chao held his ground. Xu Huang arrived, and Sima Yi planned to have him tie down Ma Chao while Hu Zun and others dealt with Liu Bei.
